Talos ("Talos," "we," "us," or "our") is a quantitative trading research firm operating today as a sub-broker partner of Motilal Oswal, and structuring toward a Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) under SEBI regulations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit talosalgo.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what's needed to respond to inquiries and improve the Site:

• Contact information you provide — such as your name, email address, and any details you share when you reach out for the investor deck or to become an early investor.
• Basic usage data — standard web analytics such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location, collected automatically when you browse the Site.
• Cookies — small files that may be used to remember preferences and understand how the Site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

We do not currently collect financial account information, KYC documents, or investment instructions through this Site. Any such information would only be collected separately, through formal onboarding documents, once an actual investment or brokerage relationship is being established.

• To send information you've asked for about Talos, our research, or our planned fund structure
