1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using talosalgo.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Talos

Talos is a quantitative trading research firm. We operate today as a sub-broker partner of Motilal Oswal and have not onboarded clients through that sub-broker registration. We are structuring toward a Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) under the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012. Talos is not currently a SEBI-registered Alternative Investment Fund. Our planned algorithmic (LFT/HFT) trading platform is under development and has not yet launched.

3. No investment advice or solicitation

Nothing on this Site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security, fund interest, or financial instrument. The Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Any future fund offering will be made only to eligible investors through a formal Private Placement Memorandum, in accordance with applicable law, once any required registration is complete.

This Site contains forward-looking statements, including targets, probable returns, and timelines for our algorithmic trading platform (such as the 30%+ and 40%+ figures referenced for LFT and HFT respectively, and associated launch timelines). These are estimates based on backtesting and internal projections, are not guarantees, and are subject to change, delay, or non-achievement. The ~25% average annual return referenced for our manual trading track record is self-reported and unaudited. Past performance, backtested results, and simulated performance do not represent actual systematic trading and do not guarantee future results. All trading and investment activity involves risk of loss, including loss of principal.

The Site is intended for institutional and accredited/eligible investors evaluating Talos. By using the Site, you confirm you are accessing it for legitimate informational purposes and, where relevant, that you meet the eligibility criteria for the investment opportunities described.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
